NO USING MY WORK TO TRAIN AI - I am firmly against AI and I am not comfortable with my work being used to train any models. If you are going to use my work for AI or I find out that you are going to, you will be promptly denied service.

NO NEONAZI OR PRO MAGA/ICE/FACIST COMMISSIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED - While I keep my art non-political as much as possible, I will absolutely refuse service to anyone who supports facism and terrorism. You are not welcome here. This page is a safe space for everybody, including the LGBTQIA+, AAPI and BIPOC communities. Don't like that? Then my page is not for you.

PAYMENT IS REQUIRED UPFRONT - I require a 50% payment upfront for all services, with the final 50% being required before you receive your final commission. Payment plans can be discussed during initial correspondence if this is not feasible. (For commissions over $40, I am more than happy to discuss a pay-in-four plan. Feel free to bring it up during our initial correspondence.)

REFUND POLICY - Once I begin your commission, you have 48 hours to request a refund for your 50% deposit. Alongside said refund, you will receive whatever progress I have made on your commission. After 48 hours, you will only be eligible for half of your deposit back. You will not be eligible for a refund once you receive your final product.

TIP POLICY - While not required, tips are greatly appreciated regardless if you are commissioning me or not. Please keep in mind that tips are non-refundable.

DISCOUNT POLICY - I will only run public discounts during major holidays (Christmas, Easter, etc.) Only close family and friends are entitled to a discount year round. While I understand things are expensive nowadays, do not attempt to haggle me into a cheaper price, as you will be promptly denied. If you cannot afford my services at full price, please wait until a sale goes live. Please refer to my payment policy above in regards to payment plans.

CHANGES TO YOUR COMMISSION WILL ONLY BE MADE IN THE EARLY STAGES - I will be in contact with all clients throughout the duration of the commission. For all art related commissions, this will mean the rough sketch stage of the commission. For all other commissions, multiple samples will be made to ensure client satisfaction. During the early stages, you are welcome to ask for any changes and/or corrections that need to be made. Once you are satisfied with the rough draft, no further changes can be requested or made.

NO DEADLINES FOR NON-BUSINESS INQUIRIES - Unless we have email correspondence for a professional project, I will not be putting any deadlines on your commission. I have a life outside of my hobbies. However, you're more than welcome to request progress updates on your commission at any time.
